Library

The library serves as a resource for the Saint Maur community to foster a love of reading and learning, support for the curriculum, and enhance research skills.      

The spacious, two-floored facility provides flexible learning spaces, access to technology,  over 17,000 library materials including fiction and information books, DVDs, magazines, as well as full-text databases and digital resources. The library's computer resources include iMacs, MacBook Pros and Ultrabooks for student & teacher use.

The library is open before and after school for students and parents. Parents and caregivers are welcomed and encouraged to borrow materials from the library collection. 

Elementary

Elementary students come to the library with their teachers for story time, reading, book selection and checkout, and research. Students in grades 3-5 have an additional scheduled research period in the library each cycle. 

Secondary

Students in grades 6-10 have scheduled classes in the library with their English teachers.  Secondary students make use of the library facilities throughout the school day either independently or with their teachers. Librarians are always on hand for help with research and locating of resources.
