IMPORTANT DEADLINES

May 14: Registration(application) deadline and deadline
for payment of 10,000 yen deposit fee.

May 15 to June 1: Late registration(application) period;
Late deposit fee is 15,000 yen (10,000 yen + 5,000 yen late fee)

June 1: Tuition payment is due. Deadline for late applications
and all fees (including late deposit fee and tuition).

Applications are not accepted after June 1st.
(June 10 for Keio Academy NY students only)

MEDICAL INFORMATION: If your child has a serious medical condition or allergy which you would like us to be aware of, please mail details in English or Japanese to nurse@stmaur.ac.jp. Due to limited resources during summer school, we cannot accommodate students who have special needs. Furthermore, although we exercise reasonable care, the school cannot assume responsibility for providing a completely allergen-free environment, and therefore, cannot eliminate all risk to those who suffer from specific allergies.

What about my LUNCH?
Hot nutritional lunches including a drink are served by Cezar's Kitchen on site every day during summer school

Every lunch includes a hot main meal, fresh salad, soup and desert and a choice of drink (juice or iced tea) which the students will self serve from our great buffet. The lunches are designed to give students the best ….. Please sign up by filling out the slip included in this brochure and return it to the cafeteria, or you can register on-line, or send an email to: stm@cezarskitchen.com. Please sign up before June 1st, remember to include your child’s name. The menus for the Summer Lunch Program are posted in the school cafeteria and available online at http://www.cezarskitchen.com/menu.htm. Feel free to have a browse around to see the kind of great lunches we provide. Snacks and drinks are also available from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. daily. COST: All lunches 650 yen (500 yen for Montessori children).
