Day: Weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Time: 8.30 am - 9.30 am

Location: Activity rooms 1 and 2

Limited to: 12 participants

About the class: 

Take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba is often called exercise in disguise.


Please bring: 

A towel and water

About the coach: 

Lorena has been teaching Zumba and various dance styles such Hip-Hop, Pop, Rock, Jazz and Ballet in the US for the past 5 years. She designs creative choreographies that make her classes fun and effortless, perfect to achieve your fitness goals.
