Day: Weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays (no class on coffee mornings)

Time: 8.30 am - 9.30 am

Location: Activity rooms 1 and 2

Limited to: 12 participants

About the class: 

Take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba is often called exercise in disguise.

Please bring: 

A towel and water

About the coach: 

Jana Garcia: Jana is a dance lover and has 10 years of experience working as a dance teacher specializing in aerobics, hip hop, and dancefit.


'Dance your life away' is her motto, and she is convinced that people can unleash their inner magic when they let their bodies flow!
