   • The sports uniforms will be provided directly to the student at the school store upon payment.

   • Upon return of the sports uniform in good condition, a refund of 5,000 yen will be issued to the student.

10. Refund Policy (返金について)

    • The refundable deposit of 5,000 yen will be returned when the uniform is returned in good condition. No refund is provided for the rental fee itself.

11. Cancellations (キャンセルについて)

    • Cancellations are accepted before the uniform is rented. Please contact the school store for any cancellations.

12. Defective Items (不良品について)

    • If the uniform is found to be defective before use, please return it immediately for an exchange at no additional cost.

13. Privacy Policy (個人情報の取扱いについて)

    • We handle all personal information in accordance with Saint Maur International School privacy policy. We will not use personal information for purposes other than those necessary for the rental of sports uniforms.
