Kanaiya Recycle Kimono store, located 2 stops from Yokohama Station, is a “gem,” carrying hundreds of “gently used” kimonos and obis along with a selection of new kimonos.  Most of the kimonos are for women, but they do carry a limited selection of kimonos for men and children.  They also carry the accessories that go with kimono:

• obi (sash)
• zori (footwear)
• handbags
• shawls & hair accessories

Beautiful Japanese silk obi can be used as table runners and wall hangings.  They make excellent gifts and souvenirs.
