On the menu:

Appetizer:

  • Tarascan bean soup: A cream black / pinto bean soup with mild dried chiles, topped with crispy tortilla strips, fresh cheese and crema

Main Course:

3 tacos:

  • Grilled beef Asada Taco: Juicy grilled beef, seasoned with garlic, lime, and black pepper
  • Alambre Taco
  • Sauteed beef with bacon, bell peppers, onions and melted cheese
  • Chicken Tinga Taco: shredded chicken simmered in tomato and chipotle sauce

Served with fresh corn tortillas, freshly made salsa and guacamole, fresh cilantro and lime

Dessert: Mexican rice pudding (Arroz con Leche): Slow cooked rice pudding with a variety of milk, fresh, evaporated, and condensed, along with vanilla and cinnamon.
