Instructor: Karina Jancewinz. Karina is an artist who also runs a Polish restaurant in Tokyo. 

Menu: 

  • Chłodnik (Cold Borscht) – A refreshing beet soup with garlic, vinegar, fresh cucumber, red radish, and Greek yogurt.
  • Pierogi Ruskie – Traditional Polish dumplings filled with cottage cheese and potatoes, served with a caramelized onion topping.
  • Sernik – A classic Polish cheesecake, rich and creamy with a delicate flavor.
